Strawberry Pink Pepper
Peak-season strawberries get a dreamy lift from a pinch of aromatic pink pepper.
Bubblegum
Relive childhood summers thanks to a delicious blend of fresh fruit purees.
Mexican Mocha
Intense dark chocolate, robust espresso, and a tiny tickle of heat from guajillo and ancho chiles.
Hojicha Miso Caramel
Gently steeped hojicha tea offers a toasted, nutty base, perfectly paired with a salty miso caramel sauce.

At Little Ilka, we’re scooping up joy with our handcrafted vegan ice cream! What makes our treats extra special? We’ve pioneered a uniquely rich and delicious base using lentil milk. The first thing we often hear when people try our scoops is, “Wow, I can’t believe lentils can taste like this!”
We’re also passionate about local, sustainable food systems and that shines through in the vibrant flavors we create using fresh produce from PNW farms. Every scoop of Little Ilka is a taste of pure, plant-based goodness, made with love right here in Duvall, WA.
